El papel de la linfoterapia en la corrección de problemas de infertilidad de causa inmunológica
Abstract
This paper is based on an experimental model in animals targeted to prove the existence of Blocking Factors (BFs) in the Mixed Lymphocyte Culture (MLC) in subfertile and normal breeding female rabbit groups, which were applied two doses of allogenic lymphotherapy (LIT), in order to analyze its effect in the increase of fertility rates and pregnancy success. The BFs measurement was performed through MLC with the non-radio active MTT-Formazan technique. The existence of BFs in MLC was demonstrated in all groups of studied female rabbits. In allogenic LIT -treated breeding subfertile female rabbits, a significant in crease in the levels of BFs after each LIT was observed, as well as an increase in fertility rates. Also, it is established that BFs of cell proliferation continue inhibiting the MLC in other species, indicating that BFs' inhibitory effect is interspecific and nonintraspecific, as stated heretofore.
