Based on data from the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), the number of Indonesian tourists visiting Japan throughout 2019 was 412,800 tourists, an increase of 4% compared to 2018, which was 396,852. This increase can be based on many things, some of which are the lifestyle that is supported by this information technology which also causes boundaries between countries to appear more vague, so that the entertainment chosen is not only limited in the country, the exchange rate of Yen and Rupiah, and prices. relative or the amount spent by foreign tourists in a tourist destination. This study uses two variables, namely the independent variable X which consists of Lifestyle (X1), Exchange Rate (X2), and Relative Price (X3). Meanwhile, the dependent variable (Y) is the decision to visit which is translated into two dimensions, namely the push factor and the pull factor. The unit of analysis in this study was 100 respondents who had made tourist visits during the 2019 period (purposive sampling). The approach and solution technique used as an analysis tool is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the factors that influence the decision to visit tourists to Japan are activities, interest and relative prices, while exchange rates and opinions do not affect the decision to visit Indonesian tourists to Japan. The results of this research are expected to be utilized by tourism industry and the government to increase the interest in foreign and domestic tourist visits to tourist attractions in Indonesia.
