Hypercoagulable state is common in patients with malignant tumors, especially in advanced patients. The hypercoagulable state is closely related to the proliferation, angiogenesis and metastasis of malignant tumor, thus forming a vicious circle, which can eventually lead to thrombosis. Therefore, understanding the pathogenesis of malignant tumor with hypercoagulable state is of great importance to improve the survival and prognosis of patients with malignant tumors. This article mainly reviews the pathogenesis of malignant tumor with hypercoagulable state.
