RESTANDARDIZATION OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM OF THE TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANISATIONS

Abstract

Starting with 2007 financial exercise The Law no.273 of 29th of June 2006 regarding localpublic finances is partly in force .This one settles principles, general background and proceduresregarding local public funds formation ,administration, commitment and utilisation as well asresponsibilities belonging to local public administration authorities and public institutions involved inthis field of local public finances. This law annuls Govern Emergency Ordinance no.45/2003regarding local public finances published In The Romanian Official Gazette ,Part I,no.431 dated 19thof January 2003 approved with further modifications and completions by Law no.108/2004 and hersubsequent amendments and completions and any other contrary dispositions.
