Experience of Teaching Pediatric Cardiology to the Students of IV and VI Courses of Medical Faculty at the Department of Intermediate Level Pediatrics
Abstract
While teaching pediatric cardiology to the students of IV and VI courses of medical faculty at the department of intermediate level pediatrics, there is being used the combination of modern innovative technologies and traditional practice-oriented teaching methods, that greatly improves the efficiency, the effectiveness of training and increases the formation of professional skills among students. The main criterion of knowledge and skills is the assimilation of students of educational material in different sections of pediatric cardiology according to programs, curricula, and the study of electrocardiographic and echocardiographic features encourages students to constant theoretical and practical training, the better retention of the material, increases the motivation to learn, contributes to the formation of the future family physician as a highly clinician and diagnostician.
