Investigation of violations of the functional activity of platelets in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis with a view to early diagnosis of periodontal pathology

Abstract

Violations occurring in the microcirculatory bed of periodontal tissue, are leading in the development of periodontal disease. The greatest changes are detected at the level of capillaries - lowering the tone and elasticity of blood vessels, reducing blood flow and the development of periodontal tissue hypoxia as a consequence -the development of the state of hypercoagulability and increased thrombotic events in the periodontal vessels
