The request for self-assessment by the course leaders and responses to an on-line perception form was the solution found by the institution that was experiencing the moment of social isolation. The main objective of this study was to present PLV as an agent capable of contributing to the effective application of feedback and to generate results that indicate the level of professional maturity of the appraised and indicate the desired behavior for the manager. From it, it is possible to obtain reports on the leadership profile of the evaluated, considering their level of commitment and competence. The advantages are: usability, immediacy, minimizing subjectivity, synthesizing key indicators, and parameterizing for face-to-face conversation. The moment of crisis generated by the pandemic helped to make PLV a realistic instrument that considers the environmental variables which can directly influence people’s behavior.
