Political assassinations in the Arab Islamic society until the end of the second century AH
Abstract
This research deals with the study of the phenomenon of assassinations in the Arab-Islamic society until the end of the second century AH, as this phenomenon was one of the political vocabulary that was known in the Arab-Islamic society and the rest of the other societies and in the various historical stages, and the Arab-Islamic society witnessed a wave of political assassinations that affected all layers of the Arab-Islamic society from Caliphs, leaders, princes, governors, workers, notables, and others from other classes of society. And we can distinguish between two types of assassinations, the first of which we can call politically and religiously legitimate assassinations at the very least, and they are ordered by the supreme leader of the state or his representative in power and for general requirements in which there is goodness and tranquility for the whole state and society,
