International Penal Court - from the Right of moment to the moment of Right

Abstract

This paper discusses the compatibility between the dispositions of the International Penal Court Statute and the Brazilian constitutional penal law and procedural penal, as well as analyzes the possibility of the international provision fitness for the protection of human rights and the citizen’s individual guarantees.
