Background: the simple spread of the teaching learning process in the working scenarios guarantee a true education at work process. Professors must know how to differentiate his/her assistance activity from his/her educational one, although they are executed in a very integrated way. Objectives: to elaborate a didactical proposal to be applied during the education at work process in the subject Integral and General Medicine II. Methods: this proposal consisted on offering the tutors the general methodological instructions, specific orientations of each educational activity proposed as well as the observational guides of the students' performance including the system clinical abilities according to the kind of patient: child, pregnant, and adult.
