What's next? On some aspects and the outcome of the Paris meeting in the «Norman format»

Abstract

The analytical material examines some aspects of the preparation and results of the Paris summit held on December 9 this year in the «Norman format», their possible influence on the progress of Ukraine toward a new socio-political model (the fourth republic), clearly indicated after the presidential and parliamentary elections, as well as on Ukrainian-Russian relations, the change of which the author considers a categorical imperative of modernization and development of both countries, a condition for strengthening European security and the continuation of integration processes in Europe.
