La universidad y la producción de conocimiento: Del círculo herméneutico al círculo perverso
Abstract
The production of knowledge, undoubtedly, has become the mainstay of current university systems. In this sense, this article analyzes the specific techno-discursive practices of these centers. Moreover, we are witnessing the end of an hermeneutical circle to the emergence of a vicious circle. This fact, understood as the autonomy of discursive systems that fold around its own axis, it is the achievement of a draft hyper-specialization that takes root in the European university system since the advent of German Romanticism. Therefore, to account for this process, it will inquire into the constitution theoretically self-recursive discursive systems as well as the link established between knowledge and truth as foundational axis of modernity. Subsequently, a historical tour will be made by the ancient Greeks in order to perform a brief genealogy of perverse speech games. Finally, we will raise a couple of illustrative examples relating to our society.
