Użyteczność systemów klasy Business Process Management (BPMS) dla firm sektora MSP

Abstract

Integrated Management Systems (TQM, ISO, ERP) development has a big impact on the management model defined as a “process approach”. Nevertheless, all this type of projects have to deal with all kind of barriers and obstacles in terms of organizational and cultural development and technological change. In the following paper, there are analyzed the major benefits of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) in area of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) activities. The analysis consists of: the Business Process Management Systems overview, the introduction to Business Process Management (BPM) implementation projects, the level of BPM concept evaluation in Polish enterprises and the BPM concept and BPMS IT standards for SME from added value point of view analysis.
