The best leader ship style of the Iraqi Universities trainers in team Handball for north Iraq

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the preferred style of leadership by the Iraqi universities trainers in Team Handball, and how different these styles are. To achieve this aim, it has been assumed that there are no significant differences in the leadership styles of the trainers. The sample consisted of 60 .players, whom they participate in the Iraq Universities Championship in Handball 2005 - 2006, twelve player from each university. The leading style list of sport trainers as the players perceived consisting of 55 items measures eight secondary dimensions of the trainers style, has been used. The data have been statistically proceed by using proposed mean and percentage It has been concluded that teem handball trainers have the best leading style, and the justice style was the last style used by these trainers.
