Amplitude and spacing parameters of engineering surfaces nanotopography and some their correlations have been considered in comparison with similar parameters and correlations on a microscale level (microroughness). It is shown that on a nanoscale level theoretical and empirical relations characterizing a surface topography on a microscale level hold true.
