AIRCRAFT AND ITS SYSTEMS MAINTENAUCE Engineering staff training according to harmonization with international requirements
Abstract
National system of training of aircraft maintenance engineering staff and aviation electrical systems and avionics staff requires improvement and harmonization with international requirements. The article represents the analysis of these requirements and the ways of such harmonization. Introduction of competency-based approach will significantly improve the quality of training and ensure compliance with international practice.
