Historical-legal analysis of the termination of property rights in Ukraine

Abstract

In the article the systematic analysis of the legal provisions of the Civil Code of the Ukrainian SSR in 1922, the Civil Code of the Ukrainian SSR in 1963 and the Civil Code of Ukraine of 2003, providing grounds for termination of ownership. The several grounds for termination of property rights under the Civil Code of Ukraine, 2003, which were novels by the Central Committee of the Ukrainian SSR in 1963.
