Abstract

Perasiriyar Na. Subbu Reddiar is an educationalist. He worked as a school teacher, Professor in the education department and a University Professor. He had written many books in the Tamil Language on Bhakti Literature, Educational Psychology and Literature. He was a great supporter of poor people and helped with their education. He granted many books to the students. He formed methodologies for teaching and spread them as books. He contributed to the publication of many Tamil literary works, Tamil research and Curriculum development. His views on teaching and learning, his works on Tamil literary criticism and his Tamil research works are well-recognized among scholars. His meritorious students are evidence of his educational career. This research will give a broad idea of N.Subbu Reddiar and his unparalleled educational grants in his lifetime.
