The paper presents results of ω-meson invariant transverse momentum spectra and nuclear modification factor measurement in collisions of copper and gold nuclei (Cu + Au) at energy of 200 GeV. The research is produced with PHENIX spectrometer at RHIC. Obtained ω-meson nuclear modification factors are equal within uncertainties to ones obtained for π0-, η- and KS-mesons and also for jets in the same collision system. Dependencies of ω-meson integrated nuclear modification factors from numbers of nucleons participating in a nuclei-nuclei interaction, are equal within uncertainties between Cu + Au, Au + Au and Cu + Cu collisions at energy of 200 GeV. The analysis of results suggests jet-quenching effect independency (or weak dependency) from a nuclear overlap form realized in these systems.
