A SUSTAINABILITY OF PERSONALITY AS A TOOL FOR INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY ON THE ENTERPRISES OF THE FUEL-ENERGY COMPLEX

Increasing employee productivity is one of the strategic guidelines in the development of our country. The lack of professional skills, issues of resilience and self-determination are some of the main reasons for low labor productivity in Russia The purpose of the article is to explore the problem of increasing employee productivity through identifying professional skills that require development, starting from the period of learning senior students at the university – future specialists and young employees of enterprises (1–3 years of work). The analysis of the questionnaire showed that it is advisable to start increasing professionalism with questions of self-determination, developing the vitality and stability of the personality. The regularity of the influence of increasing the personal stability on growing labor productivity is revealed. There is the author’s interpretation of human sustainability factors. It includes: human values; traditions; nationality; stable position of parents, family, kin; questions of faith, belief; acceptance of oneself, parents, family, kin, people; study, self-knowledge; taking care of oneself, health, family. A set of recommendations has been developed to increase labor productivity. It includes the solution of self-determination issues, the formation of personal stability, the creation of a profitable corporate environment in the Company. Purpose: determination of approaches to increase labor productivity of future and young employees for large and medium-sized companies. Methodology: there are some methods which are used in the article, such as methods of the empirical level and the experimental-theoretical level, statistical methods of analysis. Results: as a result of this project a set of recommendations was identified to increase the labor efficiency of future / young employees. Practical implications: the results should be applied by the personnel development structures of the Companies.
