Development of Digital Finance and Optimization of Financing Environment for Marine Strategic Emerging Industries
Abstract
The development of marine strategic emerging industries needs sufficient financial support. Optimizing the financing environment of marine strategic emerging enterprises is the driving force to accelerate the development of marine strategic emerging industries in China. Based on the relevant data of China′s marine strategic emerging listed enterprises from 2011 to 2020, this paper discussed the impact of digital finance development on the financing environment of marine strategic emerging enterprises. The results showed that the development of digital finance significantly optimized the financing environment of China′s marine strategic emerging industries, among which the digitalization degree had the strongest optimization effect. The development of digital finance had a stronger optimization effect on the financing environment of the northern region than that of the southern region. The development of digital finance promoted the optimization of the financing environment of the marine strategic emerging industries by improving the marketization level. The conclusion provided reliable evidence and policy guidance for the development of digital finance and technological innovation of marine strategic emerging industries.
