EXPLANATION FOR THE CHOICE OF THE HORIZONTAL INTEGRATION MODEL IN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

Abstract

The article reflects the organizational & economic issues, as well as the results of private and collectively shared households functioning within agroindustrial entities. Its content reveals that marketadjusted agricultural product manufacturer associations involved in agricultural raw stuffprocessing were to be observed in our country as early as in the beginning of the XX Century. The basis for their uprice and spread relied on the horizontal integration model in agroindustrial production.
