Theory of Intergenerational Equity: Reflections Legal

Abstract

This work proposes an analysis over the theory of intergenerational equity. In the first one, the analysis is focused on the clarification of what is intergenerational equity. The second part is dedicated to present who are the future generations. In the third part, the study combines various scientific fields along the law of intergenerational equity, aiming at the collective environmental education. The research was primarily based upon the available literature and documents and a qualitative and deductive approach to analyse the data.
