Abstract Glomus tumor (GT) is a neoplastic lesion of mesenchymal origin arising from the neuromyoarterial canal or glomus body. Although most GT occur in the peripheral soft tissue and extremities, these tumors can grow anywhere in the body. Here, we describe an uncommon case of GT involving the prostate.
