Research on the State of the Labor Market in Ukraine as the Basis for the Formation of the Enterprise Image-Building Strategy in the Framework of Industry 4.0

Today, the priority direction in enterprise management under the conditions of Industry 4.0 is the formation of a positive image of an employer. Positioning and creating the image of an enterprise in the labor market should be carried out gradually and purposefully, in view of the behavior of key indicators of the labor market and forecast changes in them. This in turn will provide an enterprise with competitive advantages in the labor market and allow attracting human resources with optimal quantitative and qualitative parameters. The aim of the article is to analyze key indicators of the Ukrainian labor market and trends in its development for a further formation of the image-building strategy of enterprises under the conditions of Industry 4.0. The key indicators characterizing the state of the labor market, namely, unemployment rate, changes in the number of economically active population of Ukraine, forecast of the number of economically active population, are studied. It is found that when forming the image-building strategy of enterprises in the labor market, it is necessary to take into account not only the trend analysis of the number of economically active population but also the unemployment rate since it is one of the most important indicators of the realization of labor potential. Overcoming problems associated with the spread of unemployment requires an urgent reforming of the labor sector in the Industry 4.0 concept and implementation of necessary steps to achieve strategic goals, maximize the realization of labor potential by creating favorable conditions for work and intensify measures aimed at creating the image of enterprises on the labor market.
