Methods of the social adjusting in the industrial districts of Ukraine in 1917-1920

Abstract

In the article the circle of the questions related to the social process control in the industrial districts ofUkrainein the period of national-democrat revolution 1917-1920 is considered. The subjects of regulative activity are definite, facilities of achievement of administrative tasks are analysed, problems arising up in the process of organization of social management are characterized.
