The Reflexes of the Economic Crisis on the Right to Education and the Public Politics of Superior Education

Abstract

The article discusses the challenges in the implementation and maintenance of public policies developed in the education sector towards the country's crisis scenario. The comparison between the constitutional order and state action is necessary along the theme of the exhibition. Among the fundamental rights the education figure as the protagonist, so it is important to develop initiatives that increases the many levels of education. The analysis of the impacts of the crisis on Student Financing Fund –FIES is the particularity of the theme developed. The methods used in the approach of the thematic were dialectical - legal and historical, together with literature.
