USING THE PRINCIPLES OF TACTICAL URBANISM IN THE RENOVATION OF THE ESPLANADE IN THE CITY OF PERM

Abstract

The article presents some economic and analytical prerequisites and substantiation of the planning concept for the Explanada territory of Perm. Specific design solutions for the renovation of the city esplanade are considered and substantiated in more detail and care. The authors have studied the influences and interactions of the main factors that form the framework of the city and proposed an unusual concept of the relative positioning of the elements of the city framework at different levels. The authors present solutions that provide for the integration of the main elements of the city frame into the existing urbanized space. The approach to the formation of the environment considered by the authors most fully allows any modern tools for working with territories to be considered and involved, as well as using all the tools of planners and architects that enable creating functional, safe and recognizable spaces. The proposed solution makes it possible to use the mechanisms and tools of tactical urbanism, the concepts of "nomadic urbanism" and "time-sharing" technologies.
