Abstract

Existence of the corruptibility/corruption in the text of Criminal Code of Ukraine does not yet means that the person which applies the law will use this gap. However, such possibility may occur. In this regard, is very important that the new adopted criminal laws to be subjected to some anticorruption expertise, which ensure them a long term character to work for the preventing of abuses in using the criminal law norms and committing of some corruption crime
