Assessment of sustainable behavior of environmental specialists
Abstract
In the article, the authors suggest evaluating the sustainable behavior of environmental specialists by applying an integrated approach. This approach enables specialists to adapt to transformative changes for the industry's sustainable development by assessing personal and behavioral traits. It also emphasizes the role of environmentalists in shaping sustainable behavior within the industry. During times of economic and environmental uncertainty, it is crucial to conduct industry research focusing on the micro-level internal environment. This approach is essential for gaining a clearer understanding of the job satisfaction among environmental education personnel. By doing so, organizations can promptly identify any issues and address them through crisis management strategies, thus reducing the risks of superficial or profound crises. This proactive approach can help safeguard the internal resources of the enterprise and prevent potential bankruptcy. Monitoring and analyzing key strategic indicators related to staff satisfaction can contribute to enhancing the standard of living and overall quality of life for the economically active population across various regions in Russia. The article is of interest to environmental specialists of regional and municipal management, for researchers, lecturers, graduate students, undergraduates and students economic and managerial universities.
