Abstract

The article covers strategic planning experience of the leading machine-building companies in the Russian Federation. It represents the main directions of strategic development of the machine-building companies, discloses problems related to elaboration and implementation of competitive growth strategies by the machine-building companies and suggests solutions to these problems.
