Restruction process as adapting enterprises’ strategy for environment changes

The article reveals the conceptual foundations of the process of the enterprise's restruction as the way of adapting enterprises for changes in the market environment, ensuring their economic growth in the long run, integration and interrelation with the strategy of the enterprise. The relevance of this study is connected mainly with the loss of interconnections and markets of the near abroad, as a result of which the industrial activity falls catastrophically or appear serious problems with liquidity, which put the enterprise in a difficult situation. Under such conditions, companies' management actively implements anti-crisis strategies based on the restructuring process. The scientific research is revealed in the integrated approach to restructuring processes in connection with the company's strategy based on the generalization of the role of preventive (adaptational) measures in achieving strategic stability of the enterprise, taking into account the tendencies of internal and external integrational processes.
