Looking at the un, smelling a rat: a comment on 'Sweden's succesful drugs policy: a review of the evidence'

<!--StartFragment--><pre style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Garamond; font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> <!--StartFragment--> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: Garamond; color: black;" lang="EN-US">This article argues that one of the foundational bases of modern drug policy - the co-variation between drug policy and number of drug users, the variety of drug use patterns and the severity of drug-related problems - is assumed without any evidence.
