Development conception of space-ground inteyrated information network LEO mobile and broadband internet constellation

Abstract

With the extension of global internet and IoT (internet of things),LEO (low earth orbit) communication constellation which can achieve seamless coverage of the world including the two poles once again meets the opportunity for development.An innovative scheme of LEO mobile and broadband internet constellation was proposed after analyzing the characteristics of typical foreign constellations and combining with Science and Technology Innovation 2030 Major Project:Space Integrated Ground Network.Development suggestions that can lay the foundation for relevant research and system construction were presented.
