VERIFICATION OF GRADING SYSTEM IN ESTIMATING THE EFFICIENCY OF COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEES
Abstract
The article discusses the grading system as a modern method of estimating the effec-tiveness of commercial employees. Particular attention is paid to the description of development and introduction of grading system into the retail enterprise, its correlation with tariff-free wage system and the score-factor method for estimating the effectiveness of commercial employees.
