MOTIONAL RECREATION AS THE ISSUE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION HISTORIOGRAPHY

Abstract

This article discovers the opportunity of new comprehension of facts of physical education historiography based on the retrospective learning of motional (physical) recreation, which begins from ethnic kinds of sport. Analyzed in detail the works of P. F. Lesgaft. There are data of modern physical education historiography, when motional recreation obtained scientific designation and became aware of the problem of the physical education theory.
