This paper aims to question the qualitative methods, their techniques, and instruments of data gathering. It also aims to provide a variety of possible modifications and alternatives to keep these techniques updated with social transformations and the need for more efficient research tools, especially for challenging themes in the social sciences. The samples used in this study consist of 30 graduate and postgraduate researchers who chose qualitative methods for their end-of-study projects at various Moroccan universities. The results have revealed certain weaknesses in the practical aspects of the qualitative techniques used for data gathering, highlighting the necessity of incorporating E-technologies such as social media platforms and AI assistants to improve these techniques.
