Abstract

The article examines the interaction between foreign direct investments and domestic investments. It also aims to review current research and to offer novel research approach. The object of the study is the FDI flows. The subject of the study is the impact of FDI on domestic investments. The article reflects the conflicting views on the interaction FDI - domestic investment. The contributing aspects of the article are specifying the studied relationship and offering an analytical approach.
