The novelty of the concept of technological convergence is framed in the principle of material unity at the nanoscale, where the ability to aggregate knowledge from elementary scales to complex systems is based on the basic principles of science. This convergence of knowledge, technology and society (CTS) advances toward the search for an intense interaction and transformation between scientific, technological disciplines, communities and social domains. This last one is relevant since the present technological revolution is one more in the history and, like the previous ones implies results not looked for and risks that must be analyzed , following the principle of caution . On the other hand, the themes of development in Latin America, such as the permanent technological backwardness of many countries, the persistence of poverty and the evidence of that the majority of the population continues without being part of the benefits generated by technical progress and economic growth can not longer be ignored. Reducing technological and income gaps and globally disseminating the knowledge are inseparable goals to building a stable global system. Under this logic it has been structured the present article, in the understanding that the reduction of the knowledge dissemination gap is necessary. The social associations in this framework constitute a condition of sine qua non action, which has been continuously considered in the work developed by the Institute of Technological Transference and Innovation (ITTI). The pioneering work of ITTI has established as one of its lines of action the dissemination of knowledge linked to nanotechnology (NT). At present, its actions are framed in two target groups in an interest of educational insertion, age and scope. The structure of the model applied in both cases, in the search for the dissemination of knowledge and the reduction of the gap of inequality, is the core of the present article.
