Institutional principles of state management of sustainable development of urban areas
Abstract
The article deals with the issue of institutional provisions of state management of sustainable development of urban areas. The definition of separate categories is proposed: the sustainable development of urbanized territories is the process of ensuring a certain state of socio-economic development of such territories, which is characterized by the harmonization of social, economic and ecological goals (reducing the impact on the environment and rational use of natural resources) of the urban system, which will ensure the coherence of the interests of the participants of public relations and the corresponding level of social, economic and ecological security of the urban system for the well-being of current and future generations; state management of the sustainable development of urbanized territories is the process of forming and implementing public management decisions to ensure the sustainable development of the urban system, which is characterized by the harmonization of social, economic and environmental goals for ensuring social consensus, consistency of interests of participants in social relations, appropriate level of security of the urban system community for the well-being of current and future generations; institutionalization of state management by the sustainable development of urbanized territories - the study of the sphere of state management with the aim of recognizing and defining relevant institutions, formalizing and systematizing fundamental provisions (object, purpose, principles, functions, powers, forms, norms), their connections, communications in within the framework of management actions regarding the sustainable development of the urban system. The institutional mechanism of state management of sustainable development of Ukraine and urban systems has been formed.
