Abstract

In the literature there are several contributions to the construction of resolution V D-optimal designs when N_=2 mod 16 (Chadjiconstantinidis, Cheng and Moyssiadis, 1989). When N_=0 mod 4 Plackett and Burman (1946) constructed several designs of resolution III. This paper introduces a new characterization for the construction of resolution V design with N = 10, 12 observations. All non-equivalent designs for these number of runs are constructed.
