Teaching Strategic Management has never been easier even more for technical areas such as Engineering. Thinking about the need for integral training of the Engineer and the importance of concepts such as planning, organization, direction, control, sustainability, etc. in professional practice, UNAERP is committed to offering a discipline that not only addresses these issues, but also integrates them into the area of Engineer training. With the need to assess learning and the pandemic moment we are experiencing, mechanisms have been innovated in order to satisfy the objective of the discipline, the course and the individual training of students. The methodology chosen to evaluate knowledge and acquired competence was the and the choice for the reflexive observation of films that sought to integrate to evaluate the ability to recognize the contents of the discipline. The technique used was the solutions found that proved not only to be effective but also, during the evaluation period, provided a self-assessment and, consequently, an improvement in the learning of the previously seen concepts about management.
