Valuable orientations as an indicator of student socialization in the process of professional training

The conducted studymade it possible to analyze psychological peculiarities of the personality’s socialization of the first-year student, in particular the formation of the value orientations of the personality of the youth in the process of mastering future activities. It is the value orientation that influences the general attitude of the personality towards the professional goals, tasks and requirements, the possibility of professional self-realization. It is investigated that society is the main factor that generates the most common value orientations. Each stage in the development of society is characterized by its system of values, determined by the most widespread their hierarchy, which stands for the individual as a normative, with which he must correlate his personal values. It is analyzed that the component of value self-consciousness is life orientations. They serve as the inclusion of personality in certain forms of social activities and act as relatively independent, functionally united subsystems of value representations of certain spheres of activities and related social values. It is established that the process of assimilating the values of life and their transformation into meaningful elements of value representations serves as the psychological basis for the formation of the value orientations of the youth. Valuable orientations act as a result of a personality’s selfdevelopment, structuring the process of implementation and the process of deployment of personal values and meanings. It is determined that value orientations are considered in the context of the concept of «personality’s life orientations». It is revealed that the subjective value of socialization is increasing, that is, mastering the norms of interaction with other people, preparation for entering into a certain social environment. The level of «discovery» by students of this aspect of their further life even exceeds the relevance of professionalism. It is concluded that during the professional development of the teacher’s personality in the educational process of the university the process of value orientations formation is a social in nature, it is connected with the nature of activities, mediated by evaluation and communication, and reflects the meaning of the life-time activity of the individual.
