L’insegnamento veicolare e il CLIL: descrizione di un’esperienza di apprendimento tra teoria e pratica
Abstract
Teaching a subject in a foreign language (CBE – Content Based Education) is surely a way to improve quality in language teaching but, although more modern and effective than traditional teaching methods, it does not guarantee the best possible didactic results. Starting from the conference “CLIL Methodology in University Instruction: Online and in the Classroom” (University of Urbino, February 2009) the paper focuses on a very particular learning experience and shows, through observations and considerations about several didactic focal points, that an appropriate use of the CLIL approach (Content and Language Integrated Learning) permits the teacher to support the learners during the learning process, to meet their real needs and to maximize the didactic results.
