The microstructure, densification and bending properties of domestic three-dimensional five-directional M55JCf/Al composites at room temperature and 350 ℃ were studied. The results show that the density of domestic three-dimensional five-directional M55JCf/Al composites is 98%, and there are no obvious defects in the microstructure, only a small amount of fiber agglomeration and infiltration micropore defects is existed. The bending strength at room temperature and 350 ℃ is 505 MPa and 335MPa respectively, and the bending modulus is 158 GPa and 138 GPa respectively, showing excellent bending properties at room temperature and high temperature. The research results have a certain role in the development of fiber-reinforced aluminum matrix composites.
