Protection of personal data in the virtual environment in Algerian legislation (reality and challenges)

Abstract

The transition from the right to private life in its traditional form to the right to digital privacy carries with it several effects that negatively impacted on the lives of individuals and their basic freedoms, through the purification of several risks to their digital privacy, and these risks are many and varied, including: the risks resulting from the error in information, The dangers of virus on the computer, the dangers of piracy on the computer, so we will try through this research paper to expose the concept of these risks in the context of digital privacy and the mechanisms set by the Algerian legislator to reduce them.
