Effect of ethanol extracts Potentilla erecta, Sophora japonica on pro- and antioxidant system of mice blood and liver

Abstract

The prooxidant-antioxidant system of mice under the influence of extracts of рlants. Potentilla erecta and Sophora japonica conditions was studied. Antioxidant properties of extract of Potentilla erecta, included in the feed in concentration 3 μl at 20 g of animal weight was. Introduction shown of extracts of Potentilla erecta, Sophora japonica in the dose 5 μl per 20 g of animal weight triggered antioxidant activity, antiradical mechanisms of defence of organism, and only insignificant elevation active products.
