Mülkiyet-Verimlilik İlişkisi: Mülkiyet Hakları Teorisi( Property-Productivity Relation: The Theory of Property Rights)

Abstract

The theory of property rights clams that the structure of properties (in public and private) is a determinant factor on the performance of the organisations and also when it is compared with the private ownership, it concludes in inefficient results. When we set out from the structural properties of ownership, we can express that the theory concluding in “private ownership is efficient, public ownership is inefficient”, was critisized in so many ways and also in the emprical studies of the structural properties of ownership there was no relation between ownership and productivity-efficiency.
