Moral Authority in kant and the problem of Racism; A comparative study with the concepts of the international human rights system

Abstract

Racism in its wide sense means that some people are superior to others because of their race. In some ethical systems, such as Kant's philosophical system, the subject of racism, like so many other issues, has not received much attention. But that does not mean that we cannot considering racism under that system. In this essay, we attempt based on Kant's ethical system to elaborate and infer Kant's view of racism by describing "authority" as the premise of any moral act. In the research conclusions, it will be concluded that Kant, on the basis of his ethical system, cannot justify racism. In Kant's view, moral virtue is a task or an act in accordance with the task, which cannot be related to the type of the active subject. The international human rights system will be studied as a general reference in addressing these issues in the real context of society. It has been attempted in the reviews of the international human rights system to discuss the emancipation of the human race for its inferiority and the inherent value of human beings in Kant and this system. نژادپرستی در معنای فراگیر خود به معنای برتری برخی انسان‎ ها بر برخی دیگر به واسطۀ نوع نژاد آن‌هاست. در برخی سیستم ‎های اخلاقی، همچُون دستگاه فلسفۀ اخلاق کانت، موضوع نژادپرستی، همانندِ بسیاری از موضوعات موردیِ دیگری، مورد توجه خاص قرار نگرفته است. اما این امر بدین معنا نیست که نتوان بر اساس آن سیستم، نژادپرستی را بررسی کرد. در این نوشتار سعی بر آن است تا بر اساس دستگاه اخلاقی کانت و با شرح و توضیح «اختیار» به عنوان پیش فرض و اساس هر عمل اخلاقی، به استخراج و استنتاج نظر کانت در باب بحث نژادپرستی پرداخته شود. در فرجامین تحقیق، این نتیجه رُخ خواهد نمود که کانت، بر اساس دستگاه اخلاقی خود، نمی‎تواند نژادپرستی را موجّه بداند. در نظر کانت، فضیلت اخلاقی عبارت است از ادای تکلیف یا فعل مطابق تکلیف، که این امر نمی ‎تواند ارتباطی با نوع نژاد فاعلِ فعل داشته باشد. برای آنکه نتایج عملی این موضوع را بتوانیم در صحنه واقعی اجتماع پی بگیریم، نظام بین المللی حقوق بشر به عنوان مرجع عام رسیدگی به این موضوعات، مورد مطالعه قرار خواهد گرفت. سعی شده است در بررسی های انجام پذیرفته در نظام بین المللی حقوق بشر، بحث اختیار انسان برای عدم پذیرش نژادش به عنوان نژاد پست‌تر و ارزش ذاتی انسان‌ها در کانت و این نظام نیز مورد نظر باشد.
