Tipe kepribadian OCEAN dengan career decision self efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Jakarta
Abstract
Big Five theory of personality types OCEAN able to predicted some variables about the world of industry and organizations such as the belief in career development, and decision-making process would be a career. The purposed of this study was to determine the relationship OCEAN personality with career decision self-efficacy at final year students in Jakarta. This type of research was quantitative correlation method of data collection instruments BFI (Big Five Inventory) and CDS - SF . Subjects numbered 208 final year students in Jakarta taken by incidental sampling technique. Analysis used Pearson product moment correlation. The results mentioned the existence of a positive relationship between the domain extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness to experience with career decision self-efficacy (p=0,000), and there was not significant relationship between neuroticism with career decision self-efficacy (p=0,138) at the student level final in Jakarta.
